Stylia Garden Villa My husband and I rented the Garden villa, and received exactly what we’re looking for - privacy, security and calmness.
We were in many places around the world, but due to exceptional service it was very special time when we could relax, enjoy and worry about nothing.
First of all I want to mention that having a water cooler, mini bar (with a bottle of homemade Rum as a gift!), plug adapters, anti-mosquito plugs-in and the opportunity to order food allowed us to relax and sleep after a long flight to Mauritius. These small details made a huge difference.
The villa: spacious and clean enough. No trouble with water, toilet, air conditioning, pool, light, etc. Well-equipped kitchen (gas cook, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, many dishes and glasses). The huge glass door is opened fully to the pool area, which has an umbrella, four sunchairs and two small tables. You can bathe in the sun during the day and have a romantic dinner with a glass of wine in the evening, listening to the sound of ocean waves and palm trees and enjoying the shine of stars of the South Hemisphere. Amazing!!!
The place is secure. It has a fence around every villa and the whole complex, the alarm system in the house, several safes inside.
The beach: small and almost private. We could see only a few people during the day. The ocean is clean and warm. Highly recommend using coral shoes for swimming. The sand was cleaned every morning. Despite that, it still had some sargassum in March, but they’re not disgusting or aching.
The service: absolutely incredible!!! Gaby, the villa’s manager, is the best manager ever. Provides full information and support. Whatever you need (take a taxi, rent a car, have an additional sunchair, order food, etc.), just text Gaby in WhatsApp and it will be solved immediately in the best possible way.
It is great to have a Chef service - if you don’t want to cook, just choose from the menu, set the appropriate time for breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy delicious dishes at reasonable prices. Amazing opportunity to have a restaurant at your home.
Surroundings: The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes by car, the vegetable and fruit market as well. The supermarket is huge and has everything you need - food courts, shops, mobile shops where you can buy sim-card and so on. The choice of products is very good except for fruit and vegetables - it is better to visit the market, which is open every Wednesday and Sunday. We took a taxi service few times with Gaby’s help. The driver comes to your villa, takes you wherever you want, waits for you there and gets back to the villa. We went to the supermarket and the market that way several times, very convenient and cheaper than renting a car until you don’t plan to use it for some sightseeing.
Sightseeing: the villa on the East of island. The most famous beaches of Mauritius are on the north-west (Mon Choisy, Trou-o-bich, Perebeyre), and the main activities and places to visit are on the South. Plan accordingly, as it takes about one hour by car one side to reach the West, and about an hour and a half to the South.
Conclusion: If you want to think about nothing and just relax and enjoy the sun and the sea, you have to come there. Paradise for introverts and tired of rat race people. Absolutely safe, private and peaceful place.

Gorgeous The location is ideal. Very nice apartment with a private swimming pool and a very pleasant little garden. Superb white sand beach just a stone's throw away, without rocks, so you can swim without shoes.
A special thank you to Gaby who welcomed us and advised us on all the activities to do. It's a real plus when you don't know a place. The entire team is available to ensure you have the best possible stay.

Take a break Nice villa in a very peaceful environment and with private beach access. That's exactly what we needed for an escape from the hectic routine to enjoy a moment of tranquility with the family. The hospitality team has been very helpful and accomodating from the time of reservation till our check-out. Thank you all and we look forward to a remake soon!

Stylia Villas Mauritius Mauritius is such a beautiful place, if you go through the world with open eyes. Fantastic beaches and turquoise, clear water. The stay in Stylia Villas, with its friendly, prudent and courteous staff and managers, felt like stay with friends.

Customer Service is second to none! We booked the beach front villa for a family trip. The villa itself is beautiful, spacious, modern however very secluded from everything which we didn’t mind to begin with but later down the line it did become an issue. Getting to places not only was expensive but also far away. However we managed to use the taxi services from silver beach hotel which was less than two minutes walk from the villa.

The beach is stunning, again it was a private beach and perfect for us as a family - literally on our doorstep!

The pool was great however was hoping for it to be slightly bigger. It was not big enough for four adults and one child but was a reasonable size.

We originally went with the half board option and although breakfast was ok, we did not enjoy lunch/dinner. The chefs were amazing however the food was not to our taste and after speaking to Gaby, the manager he kindly took the lunch/dinner off and refunded us for the duration of our stay. I would say most people would love the food but coming from a Asian background we are used to hot, spicy food which was not made for us unfortunately even though the chef did try his very best to please us!

My husband decided to arrange a private dinner on the beach for our family which Gaby organised alongside the chef and waiters. We were absolutely blown away. Food was excellent, service was excellent and everything executed perfectly. So thank you again for making that evening so special for us.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay despite the minute issues with food and location. The service from Gaby, Rishi, Ravi, George, the housekeeping team were second to none and they make this villa worth staying in.

Very stylish The villas are beautiful, well appointed and spacious and right on a lovely beach, with the added benefit of private pools in each. However, when we were there in late January it was the hottest time of the year. As soon as we arrived we asked about the air conditioning as the large open lounge/diner/kitchen only had one ceiling fan with nothing in the dining/ lounge area. We were told that there was only a/c in the bedrooms. We asked the manager for a freestanding fan and were refused- he said we could buy one ourselves!!!
It became so unbearable on an evening that we told the owner Alexandre that we were really struggling with the heat. The next day he brought us his own fan, which did help. In fact, he was very helpful to us during our stay.
I could recommend the villas but not when the weather is so hot.
The staff are lovely- our maids Eliette and Sheila particularly- so friendly, creating beautiful little flower arrangements and working so hard but we could see them struggling with the heat in the villa.
Btw the water features in the pools don’t work, a little thing but misleading in the photos.

Fantastic beach holiday with our family!! Villa Stylia is a wonderfull place to stay with your family or friends. The team made us feel very welcome. We arrived late at night and the Chef had warm fresh food ready on our arrival. They also organised that we had the basic groceries for the next day.
The team quickly helped us with any queries we had during our stay and were always available.
The beach and swimmingpool were a hit and after morning activities we just enjoyed the view with a great barbeque!

Worth every penny I was worried about our stay having read the last review, but really didn’t need to. We were welcomed warmly on our arrival and quickly settled into our villa which was spotless. The villas are stylish, spacious and modern with everything you could need. The beds are comfy and the showers are great with plenty of hot water. Having teenagers with us it was great to have the WiFi and sound dock. We felt very spoiled each day coming back to find the villa had been cleaned, beds made and rubbish taken away. We were also greeted every evening with a different towel sculpture! The villas are only 5 mins into town where there are some really good restaurants. Sadly we ran out of time to use the chef but that looks like a great option too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stylia and thank Gaby and all the staff for a wonderful stay.
